Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy for any reason with your (non apparel or apparel) purchase from us, simply return it and we will replace, exchange or refund your money (less shipping and handling charges). You may return the merchandise within 1 week of receiving it in its original packaging and condition. Please note: There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

We can not replace, exchange or refund any custom made orders. Custom made items may not be canceled once construction has begun. If an item is sharpened or engraved, it is not returnable. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

You must contact us prior to returning any item for an exchange or refund. We will issue you a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Items received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Any such items may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition. The RA Number must be clearly written on the package. Please include a copy of your invoice and an explanation for the reason of the return. After the 30 day return period, Kingdom of Arms reserves the right to accept or deny merchandise returns for store credit.
